You will be asked to fill out paperwork, and please bring photo ID prior to being seen by the doctor. Please wear a facemask to protect yourself, our patients and your provider, per Montgomery County regulations. You will have a private treatment room, your family member is welcome.

 

 

You will be treated only by a chiropractor and receive both a chiropractic adjustment and physical therapy as required by the individual diagnosis. The length of each visit depends on the treatment rendered
